Hi, I am Tina; a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario; I have an M.Ed. in Counselling from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. (Honours) in Psychology from Carleton University. With over fifteen years of experience in Psychotherapy and Coaching; my passion and goal is to help people reach their full potential while offering a supportive and non-judgmental space to make that happen! Together we can begin the process of making connections in your experience, identifying pain points and making meaningful and lasting change.
