About Tina Wilston
I’m the Director of Tina Wilston Psychotherapy Group. I’ve been working as a psychotherapist since 2016 and started my private practice in October 2020. Every minute of my career has been incredible: I’ve met hundreds of exceptional individuals who have entrusted their care to me, and I work tirelessly to help them.
I love people; I love talking to them, listening to them, understanding them, relating to them, and helping them.
I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Neurofeedback, and Emotion-Focused Therapy and have recently begun integrating technology into the therapeutic process to improve client outcomes.
